How to look like my real age?
I'm 20 and I have a little problem. I seem very vulnerable to age-adding effects of colors or clothes styles. In plum or wine red near my face or on large portions of the outfit, for example, I can look about 40.
But they're usually colors I like. I know the ready-made answer is - don't wear them, but I really would like to.
There just has to be a solution - make-up or accessories or something that would make me look my age even in those "baned" colors.
Any idea?
I can sort of see why those colours would make you look older.
Could you not limit the colours to accessories? Bags, jewellery etc.
If you wanna make yourself look younger with make up, use a good foundation like L'oreal True Match Roll'on to really even out your skin tone and use concealer under the eyes like Yves Saint Laurent Touche Eclat and then use lots of mascara to really open up your eyes and make them appear bigger. I would go for a nude lip, maybe put a tiny bit of foundation on your lips as well and then go over with a little gloss.
