Wine Cooler Cabinets
Where should I store my champagne which I'll drink in a year or so: fridge, wine cooler, or cabinet (A/C @72)?
In a cool dark place( lay it down).
The ideal is about 55F to 60F but it will be fine at 72 for a year or more.
All the stores I worked in, bought tons of Champagne and sold it well after 2 years( in a 70 to 74F store). Never a problem.
Nothing is ever ideal.
